BP Christmas Protein Flaxseed Cookies
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup BP Superfine Flaxseed
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1 tbs honey
1 egg
1 tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp vanilla stevia
40g BP Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder
1 tbsp ‘Christmas spices’ (e.g. ground ginger, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat over to 175 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients in a blender/processor until forming a cookie like dough.
3. Shape the dough into 8 cookies at 1cm in thickness.
4. Bake for 25 minutes.
