Its simple;
-Add 3 scoops of water to 3 scoops of powder
-Mix well
-Layer with your favourite toppings
-Refrigerate for 2 hours and dig in!

Banana Coffee Chia Protein Pudding:
  -Add 3 scoops of powder to mixing bowl
  -Add 3 scoops of water
  -Mix well
  -Layer jar(or bowl) with banana
  -Add cacoa chips
  -Add chia pudding
  -Add cacoa chips
  -Add banana
  -Add greek yogurt
  -Top with LSA blend

Berry Choc Chia Protein Pudding:
  -Add 3 scoops of powder to mixing bowl

  -Add 3 scoops of water
  -Mix well
  -Layer jar(or bowl) with blueberries
  -Add chia pudding
  -Add LSA blend
  -Add greek yogurt
  -Add acai berry
  -Top with blueberries

Mocha Berry Chia Protein Pudding:
  -Add 3 scoops of powder to mixing bowl
  -Add 3 scoops of water
  -Mix well
  -Layer jar(or bowl) with blueberries
  -Add chia pudding
  -Add greek yogurt
  -Add LSA blend
  -Add goji berries
