Chia Protein Pudding Overview
Healthy eaters, bodybuilders, cross fitters, hipsters and dieters love chia seeds for their amazing nutritional properties. They are packed with healthy fibre, a great source of essential omega 3 fatty acids, and contain a good amount of independent protein.
We’ve taken the humble little Chia Seed and supercharged it into an awesome protein loaded pudding pre-mix. Now you can bring the local hipster café home, simply find a few old glass jars to serve up our Chia Puddings and you’re all set.
But… On a more serious note, these puddings will tick all the right nutrition boxes. Chia seeds provide plenty of vital nutrition to your diet and aid with detoxification, gut health, weight loss, appetite control and the health of skin and connective tissue.
Our Chia Protein Pudding Pre-Mix also contains a massive 30 gram hit of protein per serve, making it the ideal sweet cheat or breakfast meal. Super easy and hassle free to make with zero cooking skills needed, just add water mix and allow them to set in the refrigerator.
Available in Chocolate, Mocha and Ice Coffee.
It’s as simple as Scoop. Mix. Fridge it &Enjoy.
Mixing Direction
As a dietary supplement, first add 3 x 30ml scoops of water to a drinking glass, jar or small bowl, next add 3 x 30ml scoops (50g) of Chia Protein Pudding Mix and stir for 30 seconds with a fork until a smooth runny batter consistency is achieved. Next cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap (gladwrap) and allow the mixture to set in the refrigerator for a minimum 2 hours.
Our Serving Suggestion
Chia Seed puddings are served in cafe’s on the breakfast menu. You’ll find them stacked with different layers of fruit, yogurts, super foods and of course Chia Seed layers. Let your taste buds guide you, but always remember to choose fillings that fit in with your macros.

A bit too dry if made as directed, added an extra tbs of water. I put some on my crepes and was perfect. Also tried adding some grated apple which was a great sweet treat | |
