High protein Tuna Steaks with red chilli mash recipe!



Enjoying high protein tuna is a great way to get what you need for recovery whilst also benefiting from omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D along the way. But there is more to tuna than just eating it out of a can. Whilst it might be the easiest way to consume it, it sure isn' the tastiest. That's what we're here for though!

So get that BBQ cranked and enjoy this take on a ripping tuna recipe!

Tuna Steaks with red chilli mash

Ingredients:
280 grams tuna steaks
2 cups raw cauliflower
1/2 teaspoon fresh chilli
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil

Directions:
Steam cauliflower.
Process in a food processor with one tablespoon olive oil and garlic.
Mix the remainder olive oil in with the basil and chili.

BBQ the Tuna Steaks until cooked through.
Serve the tuna steaks on the cauliflower mash.
