"Hey guys, Nathan James Williamson here, Bulk Powder's ambassador. Today is no carb day. I'm going to go smash some legs.

So here we are, five weeks out from the Arnold Classic Australia, and officially 20 days out of the Melbourne Championships. Man, what a massive workout. I decided to come in today and do a leg workout and no carbohydrates, see what I can do, and I couldn't believe how heavy I lifted. It just goes to prove that when you are mentally want something bad enough you do what you got to do to achieve what you want to achieve. I'm really happy with what we did today. Also, since we have been filming the last few weeks, I wanted to say how thankful and overwhelmed I've been from all the support from you guys ... all the questions that's been coming in, especially a lot about nutrition lately and the nutrition and comp prep. I've been trying to get back to as many people as I possibly can, I'm just really focused in on my prep and focused on getting the job done.

I wanted to go into a little tiny bit of detail today about nutrition. So, in my prep, as I said in my last few videos, I've been doing a lot of carb cycling. I just kind of do the diet as per how I feel. One day I will come into the gym, or one day I will look at my body and I will feel like I might do two days in a row no carbohydrates, and the third day I'm going to come in and do a high carb diet. At the moment today I'm doing a no carb diet. What today's diet consists of is a lot of white fish, a lot of tomato, a lot of asparagus, a lot of cucumber as well. Basically I choose those vegetables because tomato is very high in glutathione, which is very good at detoxifying your liver. Cucumber and asparagus are both really really good at cleaning out your kidneys as well. I think those two organs in your body play a massive role in your prep, and the weight loss and fat loss and muscle gain, and everything. So I really focus and make sure that I work really hard with those two organs in my body.

Next week we've got a massive thing planned for you guys. I've got Kelly and Julie from TFM coming in. They are going to do some posing, and I'm going to show you guys the difference between bikini posing and figure posing, and what they kind of look for in the sport. So I'm really excited about that. So here we are, we are officially 20 days out of the Melbourne championships, we are five weeks out of the Arnold Classic, doing everything we possibly can.
