Post-Workout Quickie Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon olive oil
100 grams frozen beans
100 grams frozen corn
100 grams frozen broccoli
200 grams lean steak, sizzle steak
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
15 cashews, raw
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
2 tablespoons veggie stock
Directions:
Lightly fry the steak in the olive oil till brown.
Add in the veggies, veggie stock and 1/4 cup water.
Cook on low, covered until vegetables are steamed. While cooking veggies, you may need to add more water.
Add in the lemon juice and soy sauce.
