It's a great source of monounsaturated fats such as oleic and linoleic acid which actually promote the health of your heart. They play a vital role in regulation of cholesterol. So whilst overall the avocado might have a 'high' fat content on face value, you can actually lower your cholesterol by consuming it.

Choc-Avo Cups

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon avocado oil
25 grams BP Whey Protein Concentrate Chocolate Flavour
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon raw cacao
1 tablespoon almond meal

Directions:
Blend ingredients in a high speed blender.
Pour into patty liners.
Store in fridge.
If too dry to form, add in a little water.
