Why homemade is always best

If you can read a recipe and reckon you’ve got a handle on this ‘cooking business’, it’s pretty safe to say you’re creating some decent tasting homemade food. We’d almost go as far as to say that it would be better than most places you’d eat out?

There’s a reason for that – homemade is always best.

Here’s why…

You’re the master of your domain. No one else knows your kitchen as well as you do. The best part is that you’re the one deciding just how much of olive oil you’re using or how much butter and salt get added to a dish. Not to mention the portion size, the seasoning and any special additions that only your palate can appreciate.

You control everything.

And in controlling everything, you'll be happier with what you’re eating as there is no guesswork as to the nutritional content of your creation. And that’s a good thing. There is nothing worse than thinking you're eating healthy when in fact it's quite the opposite.

So with that in mind, here's another cracking recipe to master at home tonight. If you're game :)
