Nine Weeks Out.

"9 weeks and 3 days out from the Arnold Classic Australia, this week's been quite a mentally challenging week. I introduced fasted cardio, in a few days a week, from 10 weeks out, so it's been quite crazy my bodies adapted to that not just mentally but also physically. On top of that we've got myself and 8 other athletes from Team Future Muscle that will all be competing in the Arnold Classic Australia. For a lot of the guys this is the first time they've ever jumped on stage so they're going through the mental blues before prep, they've been doubting themselves and all that kind of stuff as well. It's been a crazy week this week, my goal down at the Arnold Classic is to try and keep my cortisol low, it's really really important to me to maintain stress free. So I do a lot of stuff like going to the beach, relaxing myself, and insuring that I'm eating a lot of calorie dense foods pre and post workout when my cortisol is gonna be its highest.
So my calories are still quite high, I'm still having a lot of red meat. Not having any fish or egg whites just yet, I'm going to save that for later on in my prep. I do need to utilize those things. But for now, I'm going to do my best, pretty happy with how my body has changed this week. Still have 9 weeks to go so we're going to do our best, just keep doing our cardio. We're going to keep on killing it. 9 weeks and 3 days to the Arnold Classic Australia."
