As a dietary supplement, first add 2 x 30ml scoops of milk to a mug, next add 3 x flat scoops of Protein Mud Pudding Mix and stir with a fork until a smooth batter consistency is achieved, next allow the mixture to sit for a minimum 60 seconds and then give it a remix.
Cooking time will vary based on microwave strength; a little trial and error is required to achieve your desired pudding outcome with your microwave type. We recommend starting with just 30 seconds.
After the mixture has sat for a minimum 60 seconds give it a remix and place the mug and mixture in microwave. Zap it for 30 seconds and allow it to sit for a further 20 seconds. Check to see if cooked to your satisfaction, if the mixture is too wet for your liking, re-stir and cook for a further 5-15 seconds or until your pudding liking is achieved. Take a note of the total number of cooking seconds your microwave needed for next time.
Our Serving Suggestion
Pudding just doesn’t feel right unless it’s topped off with a little something extra. However; unlike a traditional pudding topping of ice-cream or cream that’s loaded with sugar and fat we recommended topping off our Protein Mud Puddings with a dollop of yogurt; remember to choose a topping that fits in with your macros.

Tastes fantastic, just as nice to eat raw as cooked in the mic- note, start with a short time as i found 25sec was enough, will try with 20sec next time.
My only issue is do I stop with 1 serve or go back for a second...
