Maca dosage and suggested use
As a dietary supplement, mix 5g with 250ml of water or non acidic juice (grapefruit juice) and drink 1 to 3 times daily or as required. Alternatively add to your protein shakes or smoothies, or try adding to healthy baking recipes or homemade non-bake protein bars. 1 flat 5ml scoop provides an estimated 5g serving.
