D-Aspartic Acid dosage and suggested use
As a dietary supplement, consume 2000-3000mg (2-3g) with 250ml of water or non acidic juice (grapefruit juice) 1 to 2 times daily, separate to food (we recommend taking d-aspartic acid before sleep). 1 flat 1.5ml scoop provides an estimated 1000mg (1g) serving, scoop is included in package. Do not exceed the suggested dose or recommended usage. We recommend a 12 day cycle of d-aspartic acid, taking 1 week off before repeating the cycle. If you use d-aspartic acid supplements, we also recommend that you take an anti estrogen support supplement.

|From researching and taking DAA in the past, I'm aware the spike in testosterone (as per evidence) is fast acting and somewhat temporary looking at the long term effects. The difference with the product is that it has all the GOOD effects of more expensive DAA products that I've tried in the past. In just over a week I've noticed some mild strength gains in the gym and a significant increase in libido. I'm unable to properly rate the taste, as all DAA tastes the same (like white vinegar), therefore I recommend you take it with flavoured BCAA's.
