Strength
Our supplement recommendations for strength are using 40g of WSR, 5g of L- Glutamine and 20g of refined oats in a morning shake and 30 minutes before bed shake. Consume 40g of WPI and 5g of L- Glutamine 30 minutes before training and straight after for recovery aid.
Take 1 Tribulus capsule, 1 to 3 times daily as needed. It is best to take before food. Preferably on an empty stomach. Use 2g of ZMA 45 minutes before bedtime. For best results, avoid taking with dairy or other calcium-containing foods or supplements.
To get outstanding results you need to be honest, consistent and have a manageable eating plan, correct sleep/wake cycles and training program.
