Shipping

All deliveries are subject to fees as per product shipping size and weight. We endeavour to keep the cost of shipping low, to deliver our products in the most cost effective way possible. Pay pal’s auto posting and handling caters for orders under $500 to metropolitan QLD, metropolitan SA, metropolitan WA, NSW, VIC, & TAS areas. All orders for NT, regional QLD, regional SA and regional WA please contact us for a shipping quote. For bulk and orders over $500 please contact us for shipping quote.

Same day dispatch applies to orders received prior to 1pm Monday to Friday. Orders received post 1pm Monday to Thursday are dispatch the day after. Orders received post 1pm Friday, all Saturday and all Sunday are dispatch Monday.

Return policy

Any issues with the order must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. All returns must first be authorised by a member of our customer services team. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund/exchange/credit for any products that have been opened. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for the return of relevant products. No delivery charges will be refunded. We must receive the item(s) back within 14 days of receipt in an unopened and in a re-saleable condition. Under our third party courier service conditions of carriage an insurance claim for goods damaged in transit cannot be made for a parcel that has been signed for as received in good condition. It is the signing receiver’s responsibility to inspect the condition of all delivered products and goods before signing the receiving waver. Insurance covers items that were damaged or lost in transit and not signed by the customer as received in good condition.Any damaged product not signed as received in good condition must be reported within 24hours of delivery. Any damaged product must be received by us before we can release any credit or product(s) for reshipments. (Delivery fees are non-refundable). Any orders returned to us because we were supplied insufficient address details are subject to a re-delivery charge
