Our supplement recommendations for building lean muscle is using 5g of our pure L Glutamine and 40g of our WSR protein together with 350mls of water/milk in one convenient shake, 3 times daily.
Stage your shake throughout your day, taking into consideration your training times. Take one shake mid morning using water, one shake 45 minutes prior to training using water and one shake 45 minutes before bed using full cream milk.
Use our Creatine Monohydrate over an 8 week period; consume 3-5g daily 30 minutes prior to training, on non training days consume around your normal training times. Take 2 weeks off every 8 weeks.
