Delivery terms and conditions
• Our standard delivery fee is $12.00 for orders under $200.
• Free delivery when you spend over $200* applies to orders to Major Australian Metropolitan locations only.
Please note: Unfortunately we can’t combine free delivery offers and/or other discount offers and/or codes.
• *Australian regional deliveries (non capital cities or major metropolitan areas) and PO BOX deliveries are excluded from BP’s free delivery offer when spending over $200; orders are subject to a delivery surcharge. Please contact us for a delivery quotation, in many cases only the standard $12.00 delivery fee applies.
• Some larger orders or long distance deliveries may incur further delivery costs. Bulk Powders will issue a Pay Pal invoice for the delivery fee. This must be paid prior to dispatch.
• If you are unsure if your delivery area falls under Bulk Powders regional delivery surcharge please contact us with your location and postcode prior to processing an order.
• Our third party courier service requires a receiver signature upon delivery. For a speedy and hassle free delivery please insure your delivery address is attended by someone during business hours. If an unsuccessful delivery attempt is made please contact the courier to make new arrangements.
• Orders are sent with a traceable tracking number; orders sent via our third party courier service also have insurance cover. Please inspect your delivery before signing the 'received in good condition' waver. Once signed as received in good condition, all of the risk and responsibility lies with the customer.
• If you require your delivery to be left at an unattended address without your signature, please email us or add a note in the shopping cart checkout, with the words “authority to leave without signature”. All insurance will be voided once the authority is given, all of the risk and responsibility lies with the customer.
• Same day dispatch will apply to orders received prior 12pm Monday to Friday. Orders received post 12pm Monday to Thursday are dispatched next working day. Orders received post 12pm Friday, all Saturday and Sunday are dispatched next working day. Larger bulk orders may require up to 2 weeks lead time. Please allow delays for Victorian public holidays.
• If an order is not received within 5 working days for metropolitan deliveries or 8 working days for regional deliveries please use the tracking number supplied to follow up on the progress, in many cases the courier has already made an unsuccessful delivery attempt and is waiting for further instruction or our courier service may have an issue with an obstacle or address details and may require more information or help to finalise the delivery.
Tracking numbers are emailed via pay pal within 24hours of dispatch. It is the customer’s responsibility to track and follow the progress of all orders. Where applicable our courier service may leave a calling card. However it's not uncommon for calling cards to get lost, stolen or misplaced.

Return policy
• Any issues with the order must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
• All returns must first be authorised by a member of our customer services team.
• Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund/exchange/credit for any products that have been opened. Please check your order with the product label to ensure you have received the correct products.
• It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for the return of relevant products. No delivery charges will be refunded. Unless an error was caused by Bulk Powders Pty Ltd.
• We must receive the item(s) back within 14 days of receipt in an unopened and in a re-saleable condition.
• Under our third party courier service conditions of carriage, an insurance claim for goods damaged in transit cannot be made for a parcel that has been signed for as 'received in good condition'.
• It is the signing receiver’s responsibility to inspect the condition of all delivered products and goods before signing the receiver waver.
• Insurance covers items that were damaged or lost in transit and not signed by the customer as 'received in good condition'.
• Any damaged product not signed as 'received in good condition' must be reported within 24hours of delivery. Any damaged product must be received by Bulk Powders Pty Ltd before we can release any credit or product(s) for redeliverys. (Delivery fees are non-refundable).
• Any orders returned to Bulk Powders warehouse because we were supplied an insufficient delivery address or in the event an order is forgotten and no attempts have been made to track the order are subject to a re-delivery charge or refund less postage and handling.
• Please use your tracking number supplied to check the progress of your delivery.
