BCAA - Leucine:Isoleucine:Valine

Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) are Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine. They are considered to be essential amino acids because humans could not survive unless they were current in their diet.

BCAAs are necessary to maintain muscle tissue and studies have shown that they help to conserve the muscle stores of glycogen. BCAAs also avoid muscle tissue breakdown during training.

Unlike other amino acids BCAAs are not metabolised in the stomach and are instead metabolised directly in the muscle. This exceptional quality means that they are very anabolic (they build muscle) and very anti-catabolic (they stop muscle breakdown). These exceptional amino acids (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine) cannot be synthesised by your body so they are vital to your growth.

You can amplify the success of BCAAs by consuming 10mg of Vitamin B6 with every 10g of BCAA

The ratio of our BCAA is 2:1:1 (Leucine:Isoleucine:Valine).

As a dietary supplement use 5000 milligrams (5g) with 250ml of water or non acidic juice (grapefruit juice). 2 to 4 times daily as required.
